The onboarding journey is a fully digital, 4-step process designed for simplicity and ease. Clients start by signing up on our portal, followed by filling in their basic details. Next, they submit a brief balance sheet and then complete a short risk profiling form. Based on this, we recommend the most suitable portfolio and share a detailed investment plan with execution guidance.

We follow both quantitative and fundamental approaches, depending on the portfolio.

Our quantitative portfolios use factor-based models combining fundamentals like quality and value with technical indicators such as momentum and liquidity to select high-potential, risk-adjusted stocks.

For our fundamental portfolios, we focus on businesses with strong moats, market leadership in niche segments, rising market share, high ROCE, clean governance, and mid to high teen earnings growth. Depending on the strategy, our portfolios typically include 20 to 40 well-researched and diversified stocks across market caps and sectors.

Fundamental portfolios are reviewed as and when there are meaningful changes in company fundamentals, industry dynamics, or capital allocation policies. This ensures our portfolios stay relevant and responsive to evolving market conditions.

Rebalancing frequency varies by strategy.

Quantitative portfolios are typically rebalanced every month, driven by changes in model signals. Stocks that no longer meet the criteria are replaced, and weights are adjusted to maintain optimal risk-reward balance.

Fundamental portfolios are rebalanced only when there is a material change in a company's business outlook, valuations, or sector positioning, ensuring a long-term, conviction-driven approach.

Every rebalance is accompanied by a detailed rebalance note, sent via email and/or WhatsApp. It includes the rationale for exits, additions, and any notable portfolio updates. Clients also receive an updated factsheet and performance summary.

We manage risk through diversification, liquidity filters, position size limits, and stop-losses. In our long-term portfolios, we rely on high-quality stock selection and disciplined rebalancing to manage downside risks.

Our portfolios are pre-built and designed to be consistent across clients. However, we do provide strategy recommendations tailored to your risk profile, goals, and investment horizon during onboarding.

We do not execute trades on your behalf. You retain full control and execute the investment via your preferred broker or platform based on our advice.

We provide tracking templates and regular performance updates. You can also sync your investments using platforms like Smallcase (if supported) or manually track them through your broker dashboard.

We follow a transparent, fee-only model, with no commissions from third parties. Fees are either fixed or based on the portfolio size, depending on the product.
